Terms & Conditions

By using this website or placing an order with NISH GLOW AUTO SDN. BHD., customers agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policy pages linked on this website.

Product information, prices, stock availability, images, measurements, colours, materials, specifications, descriptions, and package contents are provided for customer reference and may be updated when required.

Customers are responsible for checking that automotive cleaning products and car-care accessories are suitable for the intended vehicle surface, material, application method, storage condition, and usage purpose before purchase.

Minor differences may occur due to lighting, screen display, manufacturing batches, manual measurement differences, photography conditions, or packaging changes. Such differences do not automatically qualify as defects unless the item is materially different from the confirmed order.

Orders may be refused, cancelled, amended, or refunded if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, affected by website error, affected by payment issue, suspected of fraud, or cannot be fulfilled reasonably.

Customers must use purchased products responsibly and follow any label instructions, safety warnings, surface-compatibility guidance, storage guidance, and handling instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unsuitable installation, unauthorised modification, poor storage, or normal wear and tear.

Website content, product images, written descriptions, business information, and policy wording may not be copied, reused, or misrepresented without permission, except where permitted by law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or placing an order after updates means the customer accepts the latest version published on the website.

For questions about this policy or an order, customers may contact us at nishglowauto@outlook.com.
